Absolute worst customer service experience over a loaf of bread that was picked up from online order. Bag was slit open, bread exposed. Called to ask for a refund was told no that's not going to be done that I would need to bring bread back to store and it would be exchanged after it was inspected. ( inspected?!) They really GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! We needed a particular item ordered for our baby and they got it immediately, thank you! We go here at least once a week for our daily essentials. The staff/managers are usually smiling and you know that they are there to help without making you feel like you are bugging them like the Dallas locations. We love our girl who is always at the self checkout area. She is so sweet and personable. This Walmart is an exemplary example on what others should strive for: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep it up :)

This is racial profiling and I didn't appreciate it at all because I always pay for my stuff and I don't believe all the front workers had to stand over me either! If your black don't go to the... read full review
