They are amazing, kind, caring and when a situation comes up squeezes you in to help your fur baby ? even though they are booked solid ❤️ that is a groomer that cares and to me THAT is everything and when I went to pick up my little guy he was right there in the waiting area, by the front desk ? they said he didn't want to be alone so they let him sit with the young lady there at the front desk in a little play area. They don't use kennels that I saw they carry them hold them play with them have them in play areas but no kennels and I just love that they really do care

My Sheepadooddle was groomed for the first time at OPAAT today. She has the poodle coat and I’m sure shaving her would have been easier than brushing her out. Oh my goodness she looks so cute! I don’t believe she’s ever been so fluffy. The stuff is very friendly and accommodating.

Everyone here is wonderful and my dogs love it after they get groomed. Took my Aussie April in today and she’s so happy to not be fluffy and furry now. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are reasonable and affordable on their prices too! So give them a try you won’t be disappointed, and you won’t have to worry about your pets. They will be taken care of and loved on!
