Couper Pools has done an exceptional job in servicing our pool for the past two years. We can count on an email each time they service the pool, explaining what was done and what chemicals were used. During the worst winter weather, Kenny, the owner, was available to help deal with ways to prevent pipes freezing and other issues. Our pool is older and we had a leak in pipes near the waterfall. He found someone who was able to come out immediately and fix the problem. It saved us from randomly searching the internet. We recommend Kenny for his knowledge, dependability, and professionalism.
