Craig responded to my request very quickly was a pleasure to work with! We recently purchased our second new home build and we decided to get a 3rd party inspector this time around. Craig was thorough and very detailed in his report. It was nice to see him address our concerns as well as point out things that we may have never thought of. We also received our report fairly quickly. With his report, we were able to address all our concerns and issues with the builder prior to closing. He not only made sure our home was up to standard but also helped with our peace of mind.
Best inspector in town took his time. Very detailed showed up early. Responds to txts fast. really good reports. Kind, friendly. explained to me everything in terms that I understood, answered all of my questions. i showed all my co workers and they said they have never seen such a good report before. now I am at peace with my purchase. 10 out of 10 will definitely hire him for all of my future inspections.
