Jeff and team worked with us and our warranty company to get us the faucet we wanted, since the warranty company initially wanted to pay for something of lesser value. They did a great job!
The company was very communicative as to when to expect service tech - Jeff arrived early and was very professional, courteous and demonstrated a knowledge of the repair procedure. Great experience!
I heavily recommend asking for Raul, he was here in a timely manner, attentive and knowledgeable. Made two visits till we finally get the approval from my warranty company to replace our water heater, Raul swapped out the water heater very quickly and got it up and running in no time. 10/10 service all around.
