The founder of Vista Dermatology, Karla N. Muñoz, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist. Dr. Muñoz completed her dermatology residency at Stanford University, a top ranked dermatology program where she also served as Chief Resident during her final year. Her undergraduate degree in molecular, cell and developmental biology is from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where she graduated with highest honors. She was born and raised in San Diego, California, but has called San Antonio home for several years now.
