Had an MRI done here this past Thursday in the afternoon. It was my first time here. Plenty of parking and check in was easy. I was seen promptly and the technician was very nice. He made sure I was comfortable and offered to play music for me during the MRI. The scan was less than 20 minutes. Overall a good experience!
Wow, after reading some of the other reviews, I'm surprised because I've never had a bad experience at UT HHC. With one exception recently, when a patient sneezed in line ahead of me and proceeded to spit up in the trash can next to her. - THAT was NOT the fault of the staff. It would be safer to have separate lines for potentially communicable patients and another check in area for PT or non-communicable patients, as COVID cases are back on the rise.All in all I've been very pleased with the ease of communication, and particularly the patience and thoroughness of my PCP.
