After finally getting a lot of rain, we realized we had an issue with leaking, not Sola-lite issue, but rather roofer issue as to how they reattached the flashing. Hailey and Rayne at Guild Collective - Boerne, were very responsive in sending a Tech immediately. The Tech was Pedro, he arrived in a timely manner and proceeded to evaluate the issue and correct the problem. Not only was Pedro very cordial, he was meticulous in providing expert feedback and fix of the issue.

I had the company install my solar tubes about 10 yrs ago and have really enjoyed the extra light in my house. The company moved out of San Antonio and merged with the Guild Collective in Boerne Texas. The really heavy wind that came through San Antonio blew the solar domes off my Solar tubes for the first time. I finally found the Company that is now Guild Collective. They came with new domes and a second smaller dome that fits under the taller dome. The technician also cleaned the fixture. The trip charge was double what it was in San Antonio and no discounts for Seniors/Military or monies off the trip charge for work done. Wish they would reconsider their charges.
