Excellent service! Jesse efficiently fixed my laptop after I had messed it up so badly it wouldn't even boot. Fast, friendly service. Jesse was very kind--he didn't point out how bone-headed I was. First time I needed professional help, would highly recommend!

Jesse and Elian were friendly, patient, and very helpful with this senior citizen. I left my 4-year-old laptop with them one morning and it was ready the next. They cleared viruses, cleaned up my file structure, and helped me setup remote backups. My questions were politely answered and my follow-up call with a question was meet with Elian remotely accessing my computer to help me with changes. All very secure and efficient. Great service and a bill that was very reasonable. I intend to take my wife's laptop in for a tuneup soon.

Jesse is my Computer Doctor. After his first service to get my PC healthy I knew he was expert with these machines. Over the past few years he has always quickly responded to my call for help - and he has always just as quickly resolved the issue and got me back up and running.
