We had an unfortunate incident at our home resulting in significant water damage. We were recommended to Reatoration Solutions by Elite and so happy we did. Sam came out right away and was so knowledgeable about water damage and was very meticulous in uncovering the extent of the damage. The mitigation and repair work went smoothly and Sam went above and beyond with the speed of the project, ensuring we would be back in our home before the holidays. We had unfortunate situation where our water filter failed, causing extensive water damage to our kitchen living and room behind the kitchen. The mitigation team did a fantastic job. From packing away our entire kitchen and living room, to setting up barriers to contain the affected space, which helps prevent further damage and allows for efficient drying and cleanup. They were professional, efficient, and kept us updated daily on the progress of the project. We’re extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.
