“I recently had a Nano Laser peel at Gilded Palm in Boerne and am very pleased with the results. I have received many types of skin treatments over the years and would rank this as one of my new favorites due to a pretty easy and quick recovery period in combination with effective results. They also give you a great aftercare kit to ensure proper healing. My experience at the spa was nothing short of fantastic. The entire team is extremely attentive and genuinely invested in ensuring they understand your goals and find the right treatment for you. I had a very pleasant and informative consultation with Jenny who took the time to explain the different options available to me based on my goals. My service was performed by Susan who was phenomenal, she took extreme care and made the appropriate adjustments to ensure I received the desired outcome. I do have rosacea and very reactive skin, so its important for me that a provider understands that prior to performing a treatment as my skin may not tolerate the normal settings. Melissa at the front desk checked in with me the day after and a week later to ensure my skin was looking and feeling great....and it is! It was a great experience all around!“

“In my initial review I addressed a concern regarding continuity of care. I left DermSA to follow Dr. DeSilva to his practice in Boerne. Possibly due to scheduling issues, I was scheduled with another doctor and then a third doctor at my last visit. I was less than satisfied with the care I received in the last visit with a different doctor and wrote a review addressing those concerns with no intention of returning. Dr. DeSilva called me personally to address my concerns and shared his understanding of the importance of continuity of care specifically with regard to Dermatology. He apologized (when does anyone do that anymore) for falling short in meeting my expectations. He offered to refer me to another doctor but also asked that I consider continuing under his care which I’m happy to do. I’ve never had a doctor make me feel so valued and validated. I will be there for my next cancer screen and will be seeing Dr. DeSilva.“
