You've definitely gained my future business, and here's why: I was dealing with low water pressure in my shower’s hot water, and I tried to fix it myself. Andrew arrived right on time, listened to my concerns, and tested the valve that I had already taken apart. It turns out a small debris issue in the pipe cleared up during his testing. Once he reassembled everything, the water pressure improved significantly. Even though he spent over half an hour at my home, Andrew told me there would be no charge since nothing needed fixing—not even a service call fee! i recently had my first experience with matthews brothers plumbing, and i was truly impressed by the two plumbers who arrived to replace the toilet in my second-floor bathroom of my 300-year-old home. when the toilet started leaking again, they promptly returned to investigate and discovered that both the tank and bowl were cracked, even though it was a brand-new toilet from the store. they adjusted the bill to reflect the situation and are scheduled to come back again to install a new one. they were very careful throughout the entire process, especially while navigating the steep stairs with the old toilet. i would absolutely recommend this plumbing service to anyone... read full review

Ruben showed up and assisted us with a big problem in our main line to the septic tank. i had several other plumbing services tell me they couldn't assist me in finding a solution. Ruben stopped by and took a closer look at the problem, and found a way to fix it. he was incredibly committed and even mentioned that in all his years as a master plumber, he'd never encountered the issue i had. i'm extremely grateful for his persistence to finish the job. i would highly recommend matthews brothers plumbing to anyone in boerne needing help with all their plumbing needs.
