Called and was immediately transferred to an entirely different company. Called back and when I asked he could verify if they have done any work for me previously, he hung up and the would not answer the phone. I'm assuming this is attempt to dodge warranty work. Either way, totally rude behavior!!!

i want to start by saying this was the only plumbing company that gave me a straight-up quote on the phone—no tricks, no need for a home visit first. i needed two drain lines cleared out because of roots, and the price was fair: $146 for the main line and $60 for each extra line. paul was the plumber who came by, and he was super friendly. i asked him if there were any extra or hidden charges, and he confirmed the price i got on the phone was exactly what i would pay, no matter if it took him one hour or three hours. he finished the job in about 30-40 minutes since the lines were in decent shape. even though it was a pretty simple fix, everything went really smoothly. would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs.
