We had a serious medical emergency situation with our sweet corgi Mochi over the weekend. On Monday morning we took him to Herbst to continue his recouperation. Dr. Jones was so kind and informative regarding his recovery ahead and what our options were. We were called and given updates regularly and I always felt like I knew exactly how Mochi was doing. Thank you to all the staff at Herbst !!!!

My husband Rick and I recently moved to the Boerne area from Indiana. We were really concerned that we would never find a vet like we had back in IN. After reviewing their website, we scheduled an appt for our golden doodles and were delighted with the service we received and were so grateful to have net Dr Jones. We recently added a new puppy to our family, and we couldn't be more pleased with Dr Jones and Herbst! Baloo is ultra sensitive and has a difficult time with shots and the thermometer. I was short on time and Herbst Veterinary Hospital was able to get my dog in for his annual rabies vaccination very quickly. The efficient and courteous service was greatly appreciated. Everyone was very friendly and expressed care for my pet. Highly recommended!
