My husband and I are currently building our third home with Garner Custom Homes. That says alot! We started our first house when Trey had a small company and before he was a preferred builder in Cordillera Ranch. It was such a wonderful experience, we decided to do it again. We love the process and that is due to Garner Homes making it so easy and so pleasant. They walk you through each step along the way. Well, now we are working on our third house and Garner Homes is a much bigger company. I was a little worried about the size of the company and if there would be some disconnect from one team member to the next. Our experience beginning with Trey in the research and planning stages to the introduction of some of his key team members starting up gave us the confidence to engage on the new home project. All along the way the communication and service were very reassuring. Explanations with many visits on site during construction, pictures documenting the progress along the way. Help from his construction management team whenever it was needed. Being guided to stay on task and make decisions pros and cons with the design team all led to a spectacular result and my wife and I are very happy with the result.
Garner was recommended to us by a family member, and we are so glad she did. Our home in Cordillera Springs was completed in December 2022. The process and outcome were so successful that we didn’t hesitate to call them when we added our casita. It was completed ahead of schedule and on budget in September 2025. We are grateful for the quality of the workmanship, communication, transparency in pricing, and follow-up after the sale. Our project manager, Byron Nezat, was exceptional. Any issues that came up along the way were handled promptly and effectively. We highly recommend Garner Homes!
