I have closed 3 loans with Funding Edge and am always eager to send them my next deal. Great people who work there and they are always honest and upfront about fees/rate and other loan related items. They have a great processing department as well that works hard to close your loan and keep you updated every step of the way in the loan process. My team of Leon, Ronda and Abraham are great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to close a real estate loan within their closing timeframe commitment.
