I can't say enough good things about Boerne Vision Center. My son needed to be seen for an eye issue, and the staff was incredibly caring and accommodating. Even though it was a last-minute situation, they seemed genuinely concerned about getting him in as soon as possible and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. It's clear they truly care about their patients and their well-being. We are very grateful for their prompt attention and excellent care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Patel is amazing. His own personal experiences makes him truly passionate and compassionate. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that they carry very few petit frames for adults. Most places are like this, and it is truly frustrating. As a 51-year old female, I do not appreciate being told to look for glasses in the kids section. But, I will keep going back because of Dr. Patel.

The doctor and all of his assistants were extremely helpful. They explained each step of the exam in easy to follow terms and didn't try to push me to buy new frames. Since I did not need a new prescription I was able to keep the glasses I already have and which I really like. Very happy with the way i was treated. I would definitely recommend the Boene Vision Center to anyone who needs glasses.
