My son was seen at the Big Spring location and all of the staff from the receptionist to the doctor was professional and friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone needing fast and efficient care!

I took my daughter to Midland's Kent Street location Saturday morning since I couldn'tget her into the pediatrician until Monday. We were checked in and out in less than 30 minutes. Every single staff member was so nice to us. The doctor knew exactly what was wrong with my daughter and got her antibiotic sent to the pharmacy. Vital Care is definitely my go to clinic for any of my children or my own health needs.

I brought my sick little girl in and she was treated and we were out of there in 30 min. Ive been to a few urgent cares but I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone. Children and adults are treated here. They also have pre-registration so you can register before you even get there! Fast and easy. 5 ⭐️
