Everyone complaining sounds like they aren’t the easiest people to deal with. My family has been utilizing Les’s services for years and years. I bought a new house & their services have been wonderful, & have not ever been short of professional & prompt.

Charged me $300 to diagnose a plumbing problem that fixed itself. He told me I don’t know the problem but it will cost normal rate an hour to find. He left charged me $300 for looking at it with the promise he would be back in the am to finish the job and charge me some more money but thank goodness Drains the went down on their own.I would use someone else.

Called their office, receptionist had no idea that they could plumb gas lines. Once appointment set, Les and a helper showed up. Did a pressure test, found the leak at an old BBQ put. He didn’t have the part needed. While Les and helper went to supply store I dug up the BBQ put. Once the returned, capped line hauled off old BBQ put and notified city. City came and line still has a leak. So I’m back at where I started only $300 poorer.

I found out that this company is the corrupt and poor business practice owners of hillside properties. Maybe this place does HVAC work with more honor and integrity than Hillside Properties, but seeing that this is the same owner I really doubt it. If I were you, I would just steer away from this entire group of people

After using several companies at my work this company is the only one able to get our job done. I notice a rude comment about les! I beg to differ from the bad review He’s nothing but respectful to me and my manager. Will always rely on les if he ever changes companies we will follow him

Worst customer service ever. Les could not finish the job, hit a gas line and wanted to charge me 2k to fix it! Apart from the original issue! They did not finish the job had to get a more qualified plumber to get it done and they still expect me to pay 1600! For NOT finishing the job. This company (and les) is a JOKE! RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! Save yourself a headache as use someone else.

Les, is extremely poor at dealing with customers and charges based on his mood for the day. ANYONE who needs work done should avoid giving this company your business.

These people do a great job when you can get them to come out. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they only have one plumber and one air conditioning service person. Probably won't get serviced for a few days. Not a good thing when it's hot as hades or your toilet is backed up.

There advertisement says free estimate , on a job it took him 10 15 min to fix a leak , he was going to charge me 200 dollars for a leak I raised Cai n , and charged a lower amount , I was not happy in the end , I was sastifed , not sure I ever use them again almost over charged
