Mr. Gartman responded quickly to text that my A/C was out in Texas August. He showed up the next morning. He took the extra time and care to thoroughly clean my unit and educate me how to care for it. He set me up for a preventative maintenance schedule and alerted me to several items that could be completed to extend the life of my unit.
