Associates greet customers immediately, ask questions, and treat you respectfully. Faith is the newest store manager, and she raises the customer service bar higher than ever before. If you need to pawn something, she gives the best price and explains everything clearly.

I moved to the area low on cash went by quick easy cash and had an issue but thankfully during my issue it was a lady from a Lubbock location helping out at the big spring store she fixed my issue she went above and beyond so I appreciate you April.

One of the greatest EZPAWN when I walked in I was greeted by a young lady who assisted me with what I needed done very respectful even made a few purchases that day the manager is an excellent manager the store definitely has it's customer service down At the end of my visit I was very satisfied and looking forward to return to the store
