Jordan was so friendly and explained the entire process. Service was swift and thoughtful. Kudos to Josh and Hendon, too. Can’t quote on pricing because my amazing landlord handled that part. But, he is frugal so that’s a good sign :) - Stephanie

Jordan showed up on a Sunday evening and got the leak inside the wall going to my outside faucet stopped. He cleaned up all the water and mess from cutting a kitchen cabinet wall and the Sheetrock to get to the leak. To save me money, he simply capped the pipe leading to the faucet for the night. He showed up the next morning, Monday, and replaced damaged pipe, fitting and faucet. He was very friendly, courteous and patient, as I asked him a ton of questions. He got Josiah, the restoration manager out that same morning to start the process of restoration from resulting water damage. Josiah had the same attitude as Jordan.
