He was fantastic! Came out so fast, was friendly and got us what we needed! I thought it would cost an arm and a leg to fix our washer and it didn't! I will defiantly be recommending him in the future!
Ps- I called again 5 years later and STILL give him 5 stars! He was at my house to check out my fridge within 30 minutes and when he gave me the bad news that it was most cost effective to replace it, he didn't even charge me! Now thats customer service!!!!
Chris is honest, quick to respond, and generous with his time. Multiple times he has checked on faulty appliances of mine and told me how much it would cost to repair, and in some cases, told me I’m better off buying a new appliance because the math just doesn’t make sense on repairing it. He will continue to be my first call (hopefully not anytime soon)
I really wish I could write this review 10 times over but I will have to settle for just trying to relay how amazing this company really is. I have used them for both my home and business repairs at least a dozen times. He always responds quickly and arrives with all possible parts. He is so knowledgeable and I am in awe at how quickly and efficiently he can diagnose and repair just about anything. I just cannot relay how thankful I am to have found an such a gem of a repair man. As a family of 5, I don't think that I could survive very long without a washer/dryer/dishwasher, all of which he has been a lifesaver with!
