Amazing level of knowledge and care. Johnathan is a fantastic office manager on top of everything and great to talk with while waiting which is never long. Dr. Erdmann, she is exceptional, very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. You get homework to do that can continue your improvement in between visits. This is the best experience I gave had going to a doctor. If you’re tired of the aches and pain go get your fitness adjusted! You will be glad you did and like everyone else wonder why you didn’t go sooner. Exceptional care from the office to the exam room.
I was delighted to find a chiropractor who actually spends time with her patients and explains what she is doing. Very clean and professional office and atmosphere. Looking forward to wellness and feel confident my care is in excellent hands. Highly recommend.
I was having horrible hamstring pain which was affecting my knee and of course my ability to workout. After just two visits I had massive improvement and now after about 5 visits total, I’m not having any issues.I would absolutely recommend AYF to anyone who has pain-she’s amazing!
