I called this business last week to set up an appointment to connect my printer. They set an appointment for 1:00 p.m. today but hadn't shown up 40 minutes later so I called their office back. The woman answering said she would get in touch with the technician and let me know "ETA." I set an appointment for 1:00 - that should have been the ETA. If they were going to be late, they should have called me before 1:00 or 5 or 10 minutes after, not leave me hanging 40 minutes in. The woman asked if me I had someplace to go, as if one schedules an appointment, and then waits for them to show up whenever. What's the point in making an appointment then?
