The service of Bell county Flooring was exceptional. The technicians arrived promptly and worked efficiently and thoroughly. They left me with a beautiful grey wood color floor that will be easy to clean and is very attractive! It's a wonderful change from the old drab carpet. This was a 10 out of 10 experience. I've used Bell Co. Carpet services several times but this will be my last. The tech arrived 45 mins before my scheduled appt, which was not a problem since I had prepared most of the rooms the day before. He spent a total of 18 mins from the time he arrived until leaving to clean three rooms of carpet. He said it would take 2-4 hours for them to dry. I had AC and fans running, but they were still wet the next morning and light stains were still visible. I called to let them know and found out that techs are given 1.5 hours for the job. I chose this company because the contractor that built my new house used them for my floor and tile work and they did a fabulous job! So, I decided to hire them for my transitions to be replaced at my old house that I am going to put on the market. They did a fantastic job with the installation! The workers took their time to make sure my six transitions were installed correctly. I have attached a before and after photo because pictures speak for themselves.
