The quality of the job was good. The countertops fit and look great. But the owner is a jerk. During installation of the granite countertop they scratched the stainless steel sink. I spoke to the owner who then claimed "those scratches were there before". I offered to show pictures of the sink before install (I had documented everything in pictures) but he didn't want to see the pictures. He refused to fix the sink or replace it. I told him I'm deducting the value of the sink from the total payment. He claimed that I was trying to scam him. He used multiple personal attacks when talking with me on the phone, which just made me laugh as I was entertained... read full review

I had a fantastic experience with this company. I went to their store location to look at the stone. Once I told them which one I liked, they came out the next day or so to measure with a high tech device. Then I received an estimate shortly after from the office staff. They were easy to communicate with, and once they came out to install (about 2 weeks after they gave me the estimate), that was a great experience with their installers too. All around, I was very pleased! Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional.

We have loved working with the friendly staff in picking out and ordering our granite and marble. They have taken the time to make sure we are happy with our decisions, and patient with all of our questions.
