I started physical therapy here two weeks ago following lumbar surgery, and my therapist has been wonderful. I would especially like to thank one of the front office staff members, Joslyn, for the exceptional service she provided yesterday.
I accidentally left my phone in the Safe Ride driver’s vehicle, and Joslyn went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. She was incredibly patient and persistent while contacting UHC and Safe Ride, which was not an easy task as she encountered several obstacles before reaching the right person. She also made sure I had a ride arranged so I could get home safely.
