Heaven forbid that someone needs to wait. American culture seems to fuel a demanding consumer expectation. Some of the negative reviews also seem to expect concierge-level service on a community-clinic budget—almost like expecting a fine dining experience at fast-food prices (and the average American loves fast food).
To me, The Rose is a blessing. After Memorial Hermann estimated nearly $10,000 for a biopsy, The Rose's initial screening and estimate came to less than $700.

This morning I went to get my mammogram done for the first time at the Gallery location and my experience with The Rose was great, everyone there are very nice and respectful very professional. I was done before my appointment time, ladies if you haven't had yours done it don't take long and it doesn't hurt like many has stated, so please go take care of yourself if you haven't yet better to know then not know, blessings to all and thanks to my supporters who showed up for me I love you ladies and thanks to the staff at The Rose. Remember go get check.
Everyone here is absolutely wonderful! Quick, efficient, compassionate.. all of it! I had all the nerves and worries coming in for exams and biopsy, but they quickly eased them all! Highly recommend The Rose, and this location specifically for sure! (Galleria-Bellaire)
