Amazing Quick House Call! I called Monday evening about an A/C issue and when I went to the attic to check it out, I noticed that the water pan, which filled with a little bit of water, so I figured it triggered the water sensor which shut off the AC unit even though it was still blowing air. I called Dusty and left a message (again, Monday evening), they were able to come Wednesday morning. They handled the problem quickly and didn't charge me anything, as I only needed to have my drain pipe blown out with air. They were awesome at handling that and quick! Thank you!
Called Stafford after several failed attempts by another company to repair my ac. I got an incredibly prompt response and scheduling. I also got the first repairman that actually gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. I highly recommend.
Dusty and the rest of the team at Stafford have always provided top notch service with a can-do, professional attitude. Today, though, they went above and beyond. Rescued us from a CenterPointless issue that knocked out all four of our systems. Repaired three and replaced the one that needed it. In one day with no advance notice.
