She is soft-spoken, attentive, and listens to everything I have to say about my goals and the results I hope to achieve. Jill, the patient care coordinator, was the first person I met with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to that it felt like I was chatting with a close girlfriend. She answered all my questions with patience and kindness, which immediately put me at ease.
