I live in Longboat Key ,Florida. Our entire community was flooded by Hurricane Helene. Claremont Property Co did my rebuild and I was extremely satisfied. The team of Josh, Kelly, Rusty, Memo, and especially Estella and many more crews of plumbers, electricians and carpenters were top shelf. My villa was beautifully renovated. Claremont Properties in Longboat Key, Florida were amazing in the rebuild of our property at Spanish Main Yacht Club. We suffered two hurricanes back to back two years ago and it was devestating especially as we owned the property for one month prior to the destruction that occurred.
