Marvin built our house!! He was very patient and very accessible during the process. We made many changes during the building process and he was always accommodating. As a first time home owner I was not experienced and never thought we would keep contact after the home was done, of course there were minor issues and I needed recommendations, Marvin was very responsive and always helped me getting the handymen that he trusts and were all turned out to be very good. Never do business with this company they're not honest they don't wanna pay you after you hard work. These people are very slippery business to business beware... Marvin or Mike Blum which ever one he is if he thumbtacks you run the other way he's not a honest person. His superintendent Jose is condescending and disrespectful when he works with you especially women this was the worse encounter I've never had with another business very unprofessional and no integrity.
