I’ve got fairly new shoes that I’ve worn 5-6 times and it seemed, to me, that the heels were looking a little run over. The really nice man looked at them and said no, that’s just how they’re designed. I liked that because they’re fairly expensive shoes. I’ve got a few pairs of boots that I will have him look over soon. Very cool place.

Jason is amazing BUT the other guy is a HUGE jerk. Rude to customers. He always acts like he’s doing you a favor. I have been going here for decades and unfortunately everyone in my family has had a bad experience with the other guy. People like that shouldn’t work with customers.

Great service! Brought in a vintage belt that required custom eyelets. They took the time and effort to find them, and voila! Now I can finally wear it. So excited!

My shoes came back more damaged than when I brought them in. I had originally only brought them in to reattach the soles. If I hadn’t inspected the shoes in-store, I’d never have known they had been further damaged, as the staff did not inform me. I had to leave my shoes there so the store could fix the damage they themselves had caused, and they didn’t even repair that properly. The damage in the photos was NOT present before the work done. I came here because it was close, I doubt I’ll ever come again…

Scam alert. I took 2 pair of shoes in. One needed heels and polishing and the other boot needed polishing. He asked if I wanted the boots heeled and I said no. He quoted $20 for 1 and $25 for the other as he pointed to them each. I don't have dementia. Asked me if I wanted to pay now and I said no. When I went to pick them up one was $45 and the other was $25 and he pointed to the ticket where he wrote prices on. So when I didn't want to pay for them up front he conveniently wrote down a higher price on the ticket. I would have never paid $45 for those shoes. Con...

I took a pair of orthotics to have some padding added. They listened to what I wanted, made an important suggestion, and had the orthotics ready for pick up when promised. I could not be more pleased…great quality, fair price, timely service.

What a great shop! I took a pair of shoes in that needed a repair and they did wonderful job. I needed the shoes fixed before an out of town event and they made sure they finished the job in time. Thank you!
