I have been trying to contact Jeremy about my exclusive shoes and I haven’t heard a peep from him. He has cut his voicemail off so I can’t leave messages. He has ignored all my calls and text since Feb 25th 2026. It’s March 2nd and there still is no communication with him. He answered when I called from another number, but he won’t answer from my number. He doesn’t do good business.

We used to be faithful clients of this business however the service & integrity seems to have gone down significantly since my last visit a few years ago. Took my sandals in a few months ago b/c the strap was coming loose. They could have not accepted my money & told me to simply replace the shoes. The strap was barely glued back on & my first time wearing after having them “repaired” the straps fell apart. You can see how bad the straps look compared to the sandal that was less damaged. I was doubtful of the integrity of the work when I picked up but the shoes falling apart while I was sitting down was confirmation.

I took a pair of Burgundy men dress shoes over to this place to have them repaired when I made it home and removed them from the plastic bag that they were in I noticed that they had been died to the color of Brown. I called the next day and informed the Owner and he was very apologetic and said that the next time that I am in the area stop by and he would accommodate me anyway for the mistake on my shoes. So, on today I stopped to have another pair of shoes died black. The Owner he could not remember of having a Conversation with me. A Case of Selective Amnesia Never Again Will This Place Get My Business Crook!!!!!

I was gonna go buy a new pair of all white crocs for 65$ but I decided to do something different and come here instead. Ended up spending 20$ to get my crocs looking brand new. Coming here saved me alot of money and the customer service was also very good. Definitely coming back

I’m not sure what is going on here, but I have not been able to actually get in touch with them. I brought them a pair of shoes back in December, and they still aren’t finished. I also had to pay upfront. So they have my shoes and my money. On top of that, every time I try to call, no one answers and the mail box is full so I can’t leave a message. Anytime I try to stop by a check, they are closed. Even when it says they are open. Do not bring your shoes here. They are unreliable.
