“I was skeptical bringing my pitbull to a new vet because of their negative stigma. Tiny was so excited meeting Dr. Raymer that he accidentally nipped her hand and I immediately wanted to cry. I thought they would judge him so I apologized and left. The next time I brought him in, Dr. Raymer remembered him and was so kind about the whole interaction. He was also reactive to other dogs and the front desk staff were so attentive to bring him back before I would even notice another dog was coming inside the building. Unfortunately, Tiny passed away from Lymphoma in October but the team at Chestnut Animal Hospital made his last few months wonderful. They were so sweet to him, gave him lots of treats and were very transparent about his treatments. The prices are very reasonable, they are extremely professional and their boarding is great. I would highly recommend bringing your babies here, they’re in great hands ?“

“my crested gecko was missing for three weeks and was found by my cat, which then made her drop tail. they fit me in same day and even still took me when i was late. they were incredibly kind and caring, and took great care of my crestie. i'm very thankful to their wonderful team and will be using them for all my vet care now.“

“Been coming here for a year after the last vet botched our dog's neutering surgery and he had a bad infection/reaction from it. The vet here does a thorough job and ensures the job gets done correctly. It will typically be more expensive than other vet's but you have the peace of mind knowing the job will get done right. The vet does a good job recommending and consulting services based off of the dog's breed and symptoms as well.“

“I highly recommend this vet clinic! Everything is very reasonably priced and they truly care about your pet! Wait times can be long but they get you seen as quick as possible! I took my chihuahua here for a teeth cleaning, he really only likes me and can be grumpy with other people, they did wonderful with him and kept me updated about him.“

“Outstanding staff and doctors! I’d just gotten to town with a new cat who immediately developed diarrhea. Even though I’d never been here before, the staff was able to get her in to be seen almost immediately! The facility was very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even got my cats records transferred from out of town right then!!

The doctors and assistants were very kind and patient with my girl, and took the time to explain what was wrong and answered all my questions. I left with medicine and a swag bag welcoming us to town. Top notch all the way.

“The staff and vet are great, compassionate and very affordable. You will have to wait in the car for about 1-1.5 hrs but they are upfront about it and they do let you know it is a first come, first serve approach. I think they want avoid issues with multiple dogs waiting on waiting areas (which make sense). My dog suffered of IVDD and they shared the XRAYs, gave her pain medication and share information for specialist.“

“Dr. Hassan is truly one of a kind. I have a Bengal who requires very specific knowledge of the breed& I don’t trust anyone w/her care except Dr. Hassan.

Recently, I rushed her in because I was convinced she had broken her paw as she was bleeding, walking oddly& I panicked. Dr. Hassan had me bring her in first thing in the morning& by that afternoon she was already home, safe &healing (of course we followed ALL instructions &after care recommendations) & she went back to being her dramatic princess self within a couple of days. What turned out to be a simple broken nail was handled with so much care, especially w/me freaking out.

I’ve also brought my puppy here&after many trials& errors, we finally found the perfect solution for my dog’s severe skin allergies. The improvement has been incredible!

My family& friends have also entrusted him w/their pets,& that alone speaks volumes. We drive 45 minutes to come to this clinic not just bc the prices are honestly almost unbeatable compared to Katy, but because Dr. Hassan’s love for animals is so real& so consistent.
If you’re looking for a vet who is knowledgeable, honest, compassionate, and truly puts your pet first, Dr. Hassan is the one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.“

“I recently took my senior dog to the vet and had a very positive experience. Despite having several people ahead of me, I was seen fairly quickly, which I truly appreciated because I had to go back to work in that morning.
Jose is the person I usually request, and I am extremely grateful for the care he gives my little one. He is compassionate, patient, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I feel especially comfortable because he explains everything to me in Spanish, which helps me fully understand my dog’s condition and feel much more at ease.

I would also like to acknowledge the other veterinarian who also saw my dog. Although I don’t remember his name, he was kind and attentive, and I appreciate the care he provided during our visit.

This visit was especially emotional for me. My dog suffered a head injury last year and hasn’t been the same since. During this appointment, my dog was carefully examined and after reviewing her previous X-rays, she was diagnose with progressive degenerative arthritis in her spine. While X-rays had been done before, this was the first time I truly felt informed and fully understood her condition.

Receiving this diagnosis was heartbreaking, knowing my dog was in pain. However, the care and compassion shown made such a difficult moment easier. We did additional exams, and medications were prescribed to help manage her pain, which made a real difference.
Jose reminded me that the most important thing is prioritizing my dog’s quality of life, and that meant so much to hear. I am truly grateful to the entire veterinary team, and especially thankful for Jose’s knowledge, compassion and dedication, he has an amazing bedside manner; It’s very clear that he truly cares deeply and makes both pets and their owners feel comfortable.

SIDE NOTE : ( THOSE FRONT DESK GIRLS ARE SUCKS ) they could benefit from more customer service training. Specially a shorty one with black shoulder length hair, she is RUDE!!
While the veterinary care was excellent, the front desk interactions were not as welcoming or supportive as I would have hoped“

“My one year old cat had pancreatitis and was struggling. We looked for vets all over everything was SUPER expensive and definitely unaffordable. It was to the point of almost surrendering him so someone could help him. Fortunately, we found this vet through my Facebook groups.. we took a leap and made an appointment.

Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. We got our baby iv meds and steroids and should be feeling better soon all for a reasonable price. They saved our baby! I recommend this vet 10000%. Thank you.“
