I started the chiropractic journey in July 2025. I had a lot of shoulder discomfort that had been going on for years. The fear was muscle damage and it turned out to be a pinched nerve in the neck. I was scaling everything shoulder related to simple non dynamic movements.

A great example of progress and healing from before ‘til now:

Cindy a year ago: seated strict pull-ups and elevated pushups.

Today: 42 Kipping pull-ups, 40 pushups, 40 elevated pushups.

Lastly, Dr Hoffarth takes a lot of time sending out monthly newsletters, personally written, with the latest updates for the practice, new and upcoming medications available for improving quality of life, as well as holistic techniques and practices that been proven to heal from the inside out.
