Both the doctor’s assistant & the doctor were friendly & through. They spent a good amount of time talking with us. The patient felt very comfortable and care for. This is definitely the place we will be coming to for our care.
I took my daughter here on a Saturday. The appointment was easy to make, the staff was very friendly- the appointment taker, receptionist, PA and doctor. They got her in and diagnosed her fairly quickly for how busy they were. I would definitely use this place again.
My son and i had a great experience at Next Level Urgent Care in Bee Cave! The wait time was minimal and the entire visit felt efficient and well-organized. Erik, the medical assistant, was extremely professional, kind, and attentive, making son feel comfortable right away. Nikki, their PA, was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The level of care and professionalism from start to finish thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality care without the long wait.
