The front desk person went above and beyond helping with the check in online process. I was back in an exam room quickly. William, the NP, was great. Very knowledgeable and patient oriented. I highly recommend this urgent care location.
Staff were kind, quick, and efficient. The reception was extremely kind and answered any questions I had and my practitioner Victoria was so gentle, I had no idea she had even finished administering the TB test because I didn’t feel a thing!
I googled urgent care facilities in the area and chose Next Level Bee Cave based of all the great reviews--and I'm glad I did! From reception to everyone I encountered during my visit was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming and the facility itself was very nice and well-maintained. The doctor who helped me was incredibly personable, thorough, and informative. He took the time to ask all necessary questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure I understood everything.
