I have never left a review for a company. Good or bad, I just won’t. That being said…the Blue Door salon owner Alison Bryant has been doing my hair since was 14 (in Houston) she and I both moved to Austin. She has now been keeping me blonde for over 20 years. I have watched her go from a service provider in a large salon, to an independent single stylist, and now a salon owner; training and hiring local talent.
I trust her fully, for any and every hair request. She was there for my wedding day and still takes care of 100% of my hair needs today. I can’t recommend her and her salon enough!
This is the best experience I have ever had!! Julianne did my hair and it was such an amazing experience! Ever since I got my hair done with her, im constantly chasing that “after salon high”! I want to get my hair done by her everyday! She makes you feel like a million bucks!! Highly recommend for anyone in the Austin/ Highland Lakes Area!!!!
I have been going to this salon for years and I love them!! Everyone is always extremely friendly. You can tell that the owner, Ally , takes great care of her employees and customers. It is the exact type of business you feel good about supporting -- local, woman owned and a genuinely happy place to be. Payton has been doing my hair and I am always thrilled with how it looks- and while she was on maternity leave Ally did it and I was also equally happy with her. Overall I feel like the pricing is fair and they do an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
