Came to Tahra after a rough game of hockey and was experiencing terrible neck muscle and nerve stiffness and lose of mobility. She developed a plan which included adjusting our time frame to help better serve my needs. She offered great advice on rest and recovery.Did not notice a difference until two days later and now I’m back feeling like my normal self.
