I can’t say enough good things about the office manager, Kelli!! I have been beyond worried about getting dental work done for months. I finally got decent dental insurance and put money back in HSA account. It was still not near enough, by more than half! I wanted to cry. Kelli was so kind & compassionate. She helped me figure out a payment plan that worked for me so that I was able to get the work done that day. I am SO relieved!! The endodontist here, Dr. Ingel, performed the two root canal retreatments. They were quick and painless. You can tell he knows what he’s doing!

Hands down the best dental experience in my life! My dentist is very professional, smart, excellent chair side manors. It's noted that she Loves being a dentist. Her assistant was very pleasant and good at his job. They work well together.

This particular Monarch has been a good experience .The receptionist was on top of paperwork and appointments.Anita is a wonderful hygienist .Doctors are good and have affiliation with specialists when needed.Nice waiting area and bathrooms.I have sometimes had to wait ; not different from most doctors offices.
