From my initial impression, Ms. Jennifer at the front desk was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional, which made me feel very welcome. I was then greeted by Ms. Lashundra, the lead Registered Dental Assistant. She truly went above and beyond in caring for me throughout the entire process and procedure.
