Go somewhere else unless you LIKE TO WAIT?? This office consistently makes you wait an hour or 1.5 hours to be seen! The nurses are rude, the admins are rude and although Dr Z is a good doctor the lack of punctuality is unacceptable and unprofessional!

I felt this was important to share. I feel my Wife and I were deceived. My long time family medicine doctor recently retired and thus my wife and I were looking for a new provider. We found Dr. Zarosky through our insurance. Prior to attending we received verbal confirmation from his practice site that they took our insurance and that a physical would be free. I admit that we signed a virtual agreement stating that we would receive a separate bill for "other diagnostic services" but what occurred was not covered by this language as informed consent because the language is too ambiguous. Caution never come to this office. Someone needs to review them for fraud. I came in for my very first visit and had a physical. Everyone seems so nice at first and they politely gives you a form to fill out that says if you do discuss anything while you do your physical they will charge you. I thought ok no problem I should be good. Well surprise surprise I didn't realize that the Dr. Nweke would order additional labs with out discussing it with me. I was then billed for the labs and coinsurance after I left the office.... at full pop bc my insurance only covers that test if I came in with a concern about it.
