Came when they first opened up then moved back to LA. Missed these ladies so much. Came in today and Supna took care of me. Did an amazing job on my brows. Definitely waiting until I’m back in town to get my eyebrows done.
EDIT 7/16: the manager reached out after this review, and I was very pleased with how the situation was handled. I will be giving Glam another try. 5 stars for customer service.
Visited on 6/2, approximately at 4pm. I specifically told the stylist that I was trying to grow my eyebrows out, and I just wanted a clean up before she began the service. She acknowledged, and began. I stopped her midway through because I felt like she was taking off too much hair. I explained to her exactly what I meant, but it was too late. This establishment is not my preferred location. I only visit for underarm waxing services. I prefer the services of the ladies in Arlington1 and Mansfield (specifically Mandy) for all other services, such as Brazilian waxing, eyebrow shaping, and eyelash care. However, after being a customer for seven years, I am finally giving the Bedford location a perfect rating due to the exceptional service provided by Suiu. I am completely satisfied with the Brazilian waxing and eyebrow services provided by Suiu today
