I can’t speak for the other reviewers but they fixed my backpack that was in a motorcycle accident. it’s not the prettiest fix but I was turned down by 3 other tailors because of the difficulty of the repair location so I’m just happy they could do it

Had a denim vest tailored here as well as several garments for the family. Local business and there is a little language barrier but take your time to explain and the service will be good with a fair price

Horrible place. Do NOT use them, EVER! They overcharge like crazy. Payment due upfront. They ruined a $500 pair of boots. I would have done better with a sharpie! They didn't do the work I paid for. Work is the lowest quality I've ever seen! They fake that they don't know English when you ask for a partial refund! They are HORRIBLE! Stay AWAY!

She wanted to charge $60 to hem a 100% polyester dress for my daughter and was mad when I said I did not want services. She inquired why come in if you don't want to pay. I explained I was referred and they stated she was reasonable and I have has dresses with sequins hemmed for less. She also would not give me my dress back until she steamed out the dots she put on there as a reference, I told her I did not want her to ruin it with the heat but she still refused to give back until she was ready. Luckily it was not ruined but it was an odd interaction. I went to my normal seamstress in Irving for $25 for the same dress. So sad the location closed by Albertsons

DO NOT TAKE Specialty shoes or expensive shoes. My family gifted my wife and I some vintage shoes that were in mint condition. If you know the red sole, then you how special these are.I spoke with the owner lady and explained about 3 times what I wanted. For my men's shoe a thin rubber sole ADDED to the front and heel because it was all unprotected red sole. And I wanted the middle of the shoe to stay red and exposed. She mentioned they didn't have red, and I was ok with just adding a thin black rubber sole. For my wife's shoe, it already had a red rubber sole added, so I wanted a sole added to the heel for protection. The middle was already exposed red. I essentially wanted the same for the men's shoe. I explained this several times. To my horror when I picked them up, it was all butchered. My men's shoe is still wearable, but the owner that works on the shoes does whatever he wants to the shoes. He cut into the sole in front and heel, and added the soles so that they stayed the same height. And he scratched/texturized the center part I guess to try to add more sole there. To quote the lady, her husband "did not like the black with red, and wanted to make it all black". I don't know what else happened, but he ended up just painting it black in the center. You can also see that he tried to paint my wife's shoes black. I guess he has something against red. Also on the ladies shoe, you can see that he cut into the heel to add the rubber section, when I had asked to just add a thin layer on top of the existing heel.I wish I had before pictures to show the difference. But they looked somewhat like the 3rd stock image. But I was not expecting to get such a massive modification when I asked for something so simple.Needless to say, we will not be going back for any other repairs.
