Ashford Mechanical goes above and beyond to fix things in a timely manner and for reasonable prices. We first used them when a different ac company had botched up a project. They saw the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price, knowing I had already paid the other company. Then I was out of town when the ac on a rental unit broke and Jake was there the next day, diagnosed the issue and had the unit running the next day. My home unit also broke while I was away and he fixed it and I can trust him. I would give him 10 stars if I could. But hopefully my units will run well for a while now.
Our AC unit suddenly stopped cooling, and with spring and summer right around the corner in Texas, it was something that needed to be fixed immediately. I gave them a call and from the very beginning the communication was excellent. They showed up exactly when they said they would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it repaired without any hassle.
The customer service was truly exceptional and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly before they left. If you need help with your HVAC in the Bedford, TX area, these are the first and only people you should call.
Jake was super! Very professional yet so friendly and personable. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient, taking time to explain without being condescending. Got the unit up and running. He's our guy from now on!!
