I had a great experience today at UbreakIfix in Beaumont Texas. I went in with an emergency and i needed my phone screen fixed in order for me to be able to work. They were very friendly, helpful and quick. I cant thank them enough for the help they provided me today.

I walked in and had an appointment thru Verizon insurance. But for some reason the appointment i had wasnt able to be found. But the guy who was helping me said I may have to call Verizon which I wasnt looking forward to. But he asked me more information about the issue and said let me look at it. Sometimes it just some quick mattienence thats required. Less then 2 minutes phone issues that ive had since ive got this phone Fixed! I will be back at the UbreakiFixit location in Beaumont, TX ! Thank you!!

Jamal was pretty quick! He took like 5 minutes—tops to fix the USB C connector of my secondary phone.
Totally recommend going with them to fix anything electronic related!
