Shaeli did an amazing job on my hair! Previously when I have gone with a lot of blonde, it never turned out how I wanted it to. This time was a totally different experience. Shaeli nailed it!!! The color is beyond gorgeous. I could not be happier with how it turned out. I’ve gotten compliments from so many people already. Everyone at Turning Heads is always so fun to chat with! Karmen has also done my lashes and they always turned out so pretty! Highly recommended all the way around!
