My braider was super nice and asking me if I was okay the customer service was good in my opinion but I didn’t like that I asked for small and received big braids in the back … they did compensate me my money for that which I like I didn’t have to go back and forth about that …I did receive alot of compliments it was only 270 for these “small” Knotless
On June 29, 2024 I went in for my 9 a.m. appointment. The plan was to get small individual box braids (not micros) in the color of some highlights, but unbeknownst to me before-hand, I had to bring my own colored hair.
Because this was my first time at this braid shop (relocated here a year ago from Fort Worth, TX), I figured I'd do this long, detailed review to help others out.
Here are some TIPS when considering this braiding salon:
1. Effective communication is key!!! Know BEFORE you go!!! Please be sure to call and ask SPECIFIC questions BEFORE you set an appointment. For example:

After speaking to one young lady outside, she told me one price which I was cool with once I got in the chair after waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time another lady told me another price I was like OK cool and I still tipped even though the whole time it was so hot in there and it’s not even three weeks in and my braids are falling out. I’m highly upset, but I mean it is what it is. i’m due with my baby in July and I wanted to have braids if needed I will get my edges redone in a minute. I’m gonna have to have a whole head redone.
