Worst experience of braiding ever. I got my hair done last Tuesday and here it is Wednesday my scalp is still irritated. My hair is really short like a mini fro and I had paid $340 butt length for small box braids. The youngest girl and the oldest lady that work in the shop did a horrible job. I understand that you have to braid tight due to my hair being short but I literally have bumps all over 🤦🏾♀️. I had to take it out 2 of the back rows and some around the edges because it was so bad and irritated. I am constantly scratching. I have washed shampoo, conditioner, used itch spray, and oil and nun has worked. They didn’t even gel my hair all the way. My hair is literally sticking out the braids and that was before I even washed my hair. $340 down the drain I will not be coming back at all worst experience ever I recommend to not ever come here. And on top of that they have so much braids in my head my head is small as it is and it’s so heavy I did not ask for so many braids. Stayed for 10 hours with my child who is only 3 months we both was tired what a waste of time and energy

Worst shop to go to I'm going to have a piece of mind and get my hair done they got these hoodlums coming up on my car like I'm not going to call the police on them in their face then walk in the shop about 20 people sitting down not doing nothing 1 customer and I see y now will never go here again and no I didn't spend no money I have to be comfortable and in a positive environment when people touching me but my service would have cost me $320 instead went somewhere else

My braider was super nice and asking me if I was okay the customer service was good in my opinion but I didn’t like that I asked for small and received big braids in the back … they did compensate me my money for that which I like I didn’t have to go back and forth about that …I did receive alot of compliments it was only 270 for these “small” Knotless

I walked in at 11am and the lady said to come back at 3pm. I came back and then she said I would have to wait additional 2hrs. I already drove from Lake Charles and waited 4 hrs she took two more people and lied and said those were appts from this morning. I’m sitting inside to see if looking for another shop to take me and the owner call and asked why was I still there!!! They couldn’t easily said they couldn’t take me at 11am this morning and I would’ve found someone else!! Now it’s too late and still don’t have my hair done!! So unprofessional and I don’t recommend them.

I hated the entire experience, she seemed lazy, didnt give me the hairstyle i wanted after showing her the picture twice, the cornrow pattern was not close to straight and 1 row,only one row is bigger then the others. It was hot and everything just felt nasty

I would never recommend these people!!!! I called them twice and the lady quoted me a price of 200 got there and she said 220.Then I asked her if the hair was included she said yes got there and had to go buy hair on top of that they was 20 minutes late and refused to discount me for the inconvenience and add another 20 because I have a short cut. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a braider

Scheduled an appointment weeks before I needed my hair done. I show up on time for them to tell the boho braider didnt show up. Thank god I was able to get an appointment somewhere else the same day. So yeah don’t book here if you have plans, because apparently the braiders don’t come to work.
